Real estate syndications are team investments. As a LP (Limited Partner) passive investor in a real estate syndication, you invest your money alongside a group of investors, and together, we invest in a commercial asset like an apartment building.

As a passive investor, you have no active responsibilities in the deal. AXI Capital, along with the other general partners in the deal, will manage the asset on your behalf.

It varies depending on the asset, debt determined and equity needed. Most times our investment opportunity will start at $100,000.

As always, AXI Capital will focus on the best opportunity for our investors. Our focus is B and C class multifamily apartment communities with 150 to 500 units, value-add opportunities. As we continue to grow and strengthen our partnerships, we will also focus on new class A opportunities in growing markets.

Yes. AXI Capital is currently working with accredited investors only to help them secure their hard earned money in a recession resistant environment and providing a consistent return on their investments.

To be considered an accredited investor, you must meet one of two criteria. Either you have $1 million in net worth, not counting your primary home, or you make $200,000 per year (or $300,000 together with your spouse), have done so for the last two years, and intend to continue doing so this year.

Our offerings under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D are for only accredited investors who meet the definition of an accredited investor as described by SEC guidelines.
